Terms and conditions for guided tours

Rental Confirmation and Deposit via Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or Seller

By signing the Tours Confirmation Form and Deposit Agreement via credit card, wire transfer, or seller, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. and you, the tour participant. Please read them carefully. J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. cannot accept any tours participant without a duly signed Tours Confirmation Form and Deposit Agreement using the specified payment methods on the motorcycle pickup day.

Booking and Deposit

To book a tour, a deposit of $1,280 (one thousand two hundred eighty dollars) is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full one day before the start of the reservation (pickup date). For group reservations paid with a credit or debit card, J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. will charge the remaining group balance to the same card or another payment method chosen by the group at the time of booking.

Liability Waiver and Release

All participants in a J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. motorcycle tour must accept and sign a tour agreement and liability waiver before the guided tour begins. J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. cannot accept any participant without these signed forms. Our agents can provide a copy of these forms upon request.

Luggage

J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed luggage delivery to tour participants. It is recommended to purchase luggage insurance.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 45 days before the scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 44 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on when you cancel. You may also transfer your spot to someone else at no cost, provided the new traveler assumes all related obligations.

Tour Cancellation

In the unlikely event that a tour is canceled, all participants will be notified immediately, and their payment will be fully refunded. This refund constitutes full settlement. J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. is not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred by the tour participant due to the company's tour cancellation, including, but not limited to, prepaid airline tickets. Situations may arise that require canceling, rescheduling, or postponing a scheduled tour. In such cases, we assume no responsibility for resulting losses, expenses, or inconveniences. If a tour is canceled before the scheduled start date, a full refund will be issued.

Violation of Traffic or Group Travel Rules

If a tour participant fails to comply with traffic laws or group travel requirements, J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. may terminate the contract, and the rental motorcycle will be secured.

Tour Guides

Tour guides will assist you throughout the journey and will do their best to ensure every participant has a great experience. It is extremely important that all participants carefully follow the tour guide’s safety and travel instructions each morning to ensure the best possible conditions for the group. We also provide a support vehicle with a trailer, carrying a replacement motorcycle and space for any participant who wishes to travel a portion of the route in the vehicle with their motorcycle on the trailer.

Tour Itinerary Changes

If any modifications to the itinerary occur during the tour, the company will cover the cost of unforeseen hotel accommodations but not meals.

Weather Conditions

J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. schedules its tours during seasons when the weather in the tour area is generally favorable for motorcycling. However, many routes pass through regions where weather conditions can change rapidly. The company is not responsible for unfavorable or unsuitable weather conditions, and no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Waiver Coverage

All theft, damage, and supplemental liability insurance waivers are subject to the express terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Coverage does not include injuries, personal property damage, or damages resulting from negligence, illegal use, or operation of the rented vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Insurance

J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. provides third-party damage insurance up to $5,700 (five thousand seven hundred dollars) for medical expenses for the rider or third parties.

Security Deposit

A $1,200 (one thousand two hundred dollars) deposit is required as a security guarantee for the motorcycles. This deposit will be used exclusively for any damages to the motorcycle and will be refunded in cash at the end of the tour.

Free Transfers

Transportation from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the airport is included in all guided tours. Restrictions may apply in certain locations.

Helmets (Not Included)

Motorcycle rentals and tours do not include helmets. Customers are encouraged to bring their own helmets to ensure comfort and a proper fit.

Storage

J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C. will provide space for storing customers' extra luggage at the pickup location during the tour in a support trailer. The company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Fuel Policy

Motorcycles will be provided with a full tank of fuel. Travelers are responsible for fuel costs and must return the motorcycle with a full tank, as received.

Reservations

Payment via Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or Seller

A 40% tour deposit can be paid using the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or Diners Club. The remaining balance can also be paid via wire transfer, which must be credited to J&J WORLD WIDE S.A.C.'s account one day before the tour starts.

Wire Transfer Payment
